Just wanted to write and thank you for Safe Hands input into keeping my dear Mum at home. I am particularly aware of the tremendous help Carol has been to Mum (and Dad in the early years). Her help has been constant, kind and thoughtful in how to make the best of things for Mum as her memory deteriorated. Lesley too was very kind to Mum when she was covering for Carol.
Thank you once again. We do so need organisations like Safe Hands when we are frail and in need of the care that will help us to keep a measure of independence and to stay in our own homes.

In the last few years, thanks in no small measure to the support of family, neighbours and her angels at Safe Hands, Mum fulfilled her ambition to live in her own home to the end.

Dear all of you that attended Anne during her illness. These were Kelly, Brigitte, Brenda, Sonia and Tracey. Please forgive me if I have missed anyone.
With your friendliness and care you added much to Anne being able to cope with her illness and for me to able to care for her.

My sister, husband, and I would like to thank you all very much for all you did for my Mum. We really appreciate all you did for her to enable Mum to stay in her own home for longer.

I feel I must write to say how wonderful your carers are who visit. My dear friend was experiencing many problems and was getting very depressed. What a difference Safe Hands carers are! My dear friend is back to her old self and she says how wonderful her carers are and looks forward to seeing them each day. I have spoken to other folk who have Safe Hands carers and without exception all have voiced the same views. Please say a big thank you to all your personnel. They certainly make a lot of vulnerable folks live much happier.

I would like to express my appreciation, kindness and assistance your three young ladies have shown to me. Nothing is too much trouble; they do anything I ask without question, I am very lucky to have care and attention offered by your staff.

Just a quick email to say A Very Big Thank You to you and all the girls for the way they looked after me during the last week. As before, without exception, they were all very kind, good humoured and made me feel completely at ease and very special.
Rosemarie had a wonderful time in Scotland with our daughter, her husband and our beautiful granddaughter. When I get some photos of her visit I will forward them to you. Once again many many thanks.

Debbie, Kerri and Chris gave me Mum such wonderful care in the last few weeks of her life, they were understanding, obliging and cheerful, treating Mumwith respect and helped her maintain her dignity at what was a difficult time for her. My sister and I really appreciate it. Many thanks again for everything.

I am writing to thank you all for the marvellous care and support you have given Mum over the year, without which she would not have been able to stay at home. A special thank you to Sally and Maggie who have shown Mum such kindness and consideration with a much-appreciated sense of humour.

I feel I must drop you a line to say how well Carol, looked after my dear and good friend in her declining years. I know it is not an easy job, but Carol was most capable and reliable at all times. Carol kept her home clean and welcoming, with log fires in the winter and flowers and plants watered. When we played bridge at her house,my friend was always smart telling us how Carol had chosen her dress to wear and had also arranged for her hair to be done.
If we asked my friend if there was anything any of us could do to help in anyway she always said that Carol had it all in hand and there was nothing for us to do. Carol arranged for the chimney to be swept, the gardener and the window cleaner to call, logs to be ordered and stacked up by the fireplace. Carol’s professionalism and kindness to our dear friend was a first class service.

I feel that I must drop you a line to say how much we appreciate the care and attention we received from Safe Hands, your care and attention has been marvellous.
