Children and Families
These are times when the most capable parents or carers would benefit from an extra pair of experienced hands.
Safe Hands Community Carers can provide the support that may be needed; working with children and families in a sensitive manner to establish the right level of specialist care and domiciliary assistance.
During an initial information meeting, a named assessor assesses specific needs, following which a client will be allocated the carer most suited to deliver the requisite programme of help. Throughout the contract, the co-ordinator then regularly monitors client requirements - when appropriate, considering changing situations and adjusting care and support accordingly.
Every fully trained member of our professional staff is able to offer parents/guardians, relatives and carers, practical support in a variety of tasks relevant to a wide range of circumstances, including;
Temporary or long term support
Short term maternity support
Respite for regular carers of parents/children with disabilities or special needs

- laundry
- shopping
- meal preparation
- driver/ escort
We can supply carers of all ages, and are careful to match the needs of the client with the most appropriate member of staff.
Every potential carer is fully vetted before being offered employment by Safe Hands.
