Safe Hands will arrange quality care to support you in your home for as long as you wish to stay there, either privately or as part of a local authority arrangement.
All carers undergo a rigorous selection process and in-house training.
Selection and training are not the only attributes we demand of our staff however. Emphasis is placed on the compatibility of personality between carer and client and each member of staff is dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with the level of care you receive.
We believe you have the right to choose the service you want.

Our first priority is to develop a mutual understanding and then aim to provide a solution to your requirements. After an initial discussion to assess individual needs, our experienced managers will work in close conjunction with you, and if appropriate family/friends, to select the most suitable care package for your circumstances.
We offer a wide range of services, and although the following list is by no means exhaustive, it gives an outline of some of the general tasks with which our carers are daily involved:
One hour to 24 hour personal care provided
Help with domestic tasks/laundry/shopping
Assistance to get up/go back to bed
Assistance with showering/hair washing/toiletting/bathing
(using our portable bath lift if required)
Assistance with preparing meals
Driver escort for appointments or shopping
Night sitting
Providing respite for any regular carer.
